Scholarship Five participants from the 12 new EU member states (Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia) or from Croatia are eligible for a scholarship covering ⅔ of 2,5-day accommodation and subsistence expenses (travel costs to Oslo not included; 200€ are thus due to participate), provided that they have not already benefited from another scholarship for the same expenses.
